FYI - the file Drupal_handbook.pdf is the old, all-in-one handbook. I've since arranged to re-direct this URL to the handbooks download index.

Interesting to note that the popularity of topics is Developing, then Configuring/Customizing, then Installation/Upgrading. I would have guessed the reverse order :)
